A Tale of Four Cities!!!

As cake designers, what do you do when you get a request to create
a very significant birthday cake that needs to represent
Duplin Winery, Miami, Las Vegas & New York!!!...

 

This cake had a dark chocolate layer and

a vanilla butter cake layer on each tier,

frosted in our signature Italian buttercream.  

The decor was handcrafted out of sugarpaste and fondant.
